Mediation
Supporting healthy working relationships through courageous conversations

About Mediation
Mediation is an opportunity for parties in conflict or tension to share what's going on for them in a clear way, and to be heard and acknowledged in that.
Mediation is not a rehashing of things or a blame and shame session. It is a way to come together to speak, listen, and mutually create a way forward.
It is important to know that all feelings are welcome in the space.
Your issues may or may not be fully resolved with this, but everyone involved will have had an opportunity to speak their truth and be heard. They will also gain tools for having these kinds of conversations in the future, whether mediated or not.

What to expect
You don’t need to come with perfectly formed, pre-thought out words or polished stories — just bring your truth, as it is in the moment.

The aim of this conversation isn’t to win, but to listen deeply, speak honestly, and create a shared path that feels respectful and workable for all involved.
